The Evolution of a Mystic The evolution of a mystic I am ever evolving and ever changing For my Lord has no beginning and no end And I am a manifestation of Him What you know of me today You may not know of me tomorrow The only constant is my evolution

Because with each breath I become closer And more enraptured with Him And the more I know The more I know that I do not know

My seeking and yearning never ends Because His vastness is limitless And the depths of my soul is infinite Like His unconditional love And these parts that He reveals Are droplets of golden sunshine For the darkness within myself

I am ever evolving and ever changing For my Lord has no beginning and no end What you know of me today You may not know of me tomorrow The only constant is my change
